    Great Tips for the morning routine, Dr. Irina. I am thrilled to see the water therapy mentioned here. I came across it in the eighties, practiced it for some time, felt good and then somehow got lazy and let it go. I just took it up again recently and it is really an incredible therapy in its own right.

    I would like to add a few things about it. You drink slightly more than 1 liter, 1.2 – 1.5 l depending on body size. I drink 1.2 l. After drinking jump or hop for 10 min. to make the water slosh around the colon for extra cleansing action. With this therapy, one should not eat before going to sleep, so the digestive tract is empty and gets a good cleaning in the morning.
